Located along Route 31 at the edge of The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), Campus Town Shoppes offers a vibrant main street atmosphere serving students, faculty, staff, local residents, and visitors alike.

Spanning more than 83,000 square feet of retail space, Campus Town Shoppes is home to a diverse collection of restaurants, specialty shops, wellness services, and everyday conveniences. As part of the larger Campus Town development, the community also includes student housing located directly above the retail district, creating a built-in customer base and a lively, walkable environment throughout the year.

Our unique location provides direct access to TCNJ's campus community of approximately 10,000 students, faculty, and staff, while also attracting visitors from the surrounding Ewing, Pennington, and Mercer County areas. Campus Town Housing
As a vibrant mixed-use community, Campus Town is home to 612 students who live just steps above the retail district in spacious one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments. Residents enjoy the convenience of living, studying, dining, and socializing right within Campus Town, creating a truly connected college experience.

In addition to our year-round housing, Campus Town offers a Summer Internship Housing Program designed for students from colleges and universities across the country who are completing internships in New Jersey. Our flexible short-term housing provides a convenient and comfortable home base for students gaining valuable career experience during the summer months.
